WPP-partners VML, EssenceMediacom & Famous Relations give Costa Coffee a warm welcome   

The internationally renowned coffee brand Costa Coffee first set foot on Belgian soil in September 2021. Distributed through the on-trade and via the eye-catching Costa Express vending machines, Costa Coffee opened its first Belgian coffee shop at Liège-Guillemins train station earlier this month. ​ 

VML was invited to give the festive opening an extra boost. Together with CityCubes, the agency took care of the organisation and decoration of the launch event ensuring Costa Coffee was widely present throughout the station. EssenceMediacom took care of the influencer section. And Famous Relations handled press relations for the launch. 

This launch event marks an important step in Costa Coffee’s growth trajectory in Belgium and also demonstrates the brand’s international commitment to the Belgian market. Costa Coffee has been part of The Coca-Cola Company since 2019 and is distributed in Belgium by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
